Yes. Each menu item supports customizable modifier groups such as spice intensity (Mild, Medium, Hot), preparation styles, and freeform allergy notes which are prominently highlighted on the kitchen dispatch slip.
Yes. Once submitted, the guest sees a live order tracker updating from "Order Received" to "Cooking in Progress" and "Out for Delivery" with estimated delivery times.

Kitchen & Order Operations
Any standard Android tablet, iPad, or touch display running Chrome or Safari. No specialized proprietary hardware is required. Thermal ESC/POS printers can also be connected via network or USB.
Chefs or managers can tap "86" next to any dish on their tablet. The item is instantly marked sold-out across all active guest mobile screens in real time, preventing duplicate orders.

Each QR code generated contains a cryptographically encrypted token paired with hotel IP and geolocation verification. Room numbers cannot be guessed or forged by outsiders.
Kwezen natively connects to Oracle Opera, IDS Next, eZee Absolute, Cloudbeds, and custom API webhooks for automated room billing posting.
